What does it cost?
30 days free, then $59.99/year or $7.99/month. One product, no tiers, no ads. Cancel anytime in Settings→Apple ID→Subscriptions.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
Your data stays on your phone. You can still browse, search, and export everything — read-only. Subscribe again to keep logging.
Where is my data?
On your phone, with optional backup to your own iCloud. No account, no server, no analytics on your entries. Details: privacy policy.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — CSV (entries, daily summary, trackers), a journal export, and a full bundle the desktop viewer reads. App Menu→Settings→Backup & Restore.
What platforms?
iPhone. Plus a free, open-source desktop viewer for Mac and Windows that reads your export.
Where's the help inside the app?
App Menu→Help — a chapter for every feature. Many views also have a ? icon in the header.
