Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TriLog ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

TriLog is a personal tracking application that allows you to record and visualize your mood, energy levels, activities, and notes. The App stores all data locally on your device.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Free Version and Pro Features

Free Version

The basic version of TriLog is free to use
No advertisements are displayed
Core tracking features are available at no cost

Pro Features

Additional features are available through in-app purchase
Pro features are purchased through Apple's App Store
Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
Pro features are subject to change with notice

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
Maintain the security of your device and backup your data

Data and Privacy

All data entered into TriLog is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are responsible for:

Backing up your data
Securing your device
Understanding that data may be lost if you delete the App or lose your device

Medical Disclaimer

TriLog is not a medical device or health care service.

The App is intended for general wellness and personal tracking only
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice

In case of emergency, contact emergency services immediately

Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by TriLog and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
That defects will be corrected
That the App is free of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRILOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

Update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time
Change these Terms with notice to users
Add or remove features from the App

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the App will immediately cease
You should delete the App from your device
All data stored locally on your device will remain there until you delete it

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TriLog regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability
