If you enable the optional weather display, the app fetches weather data directly from NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) for US locations. This request is made directly to NOAA's public API—we are not involved in this request and do not see or store any information about it.
Sun Moon Day uses your selected city to calculate sunrise, sunset, and moon times. This selection is stored locally on your device only. The app does not access your device's GPS or location services.
The only data Sun Moon Day stores is your preferences (selected city, display settings), and this is stored locally on your device. We have no access to this information.
Sun Moon Day is safe for users of all ages. Since we collect no data, there are no privacy concerns for children.
