Your data stays on your device. Presence Witness stores your mindfulness practice history locally. We never see it, collect it, or transmit it anywhere.

What Data Is Stored

Presence Witness stores the following information locally on your device:

Your mindfulness session history (timestamps and attention states)
Your interval preferences
App settings (bell sound preference)

This data is stored only on your device using local storage. It is not sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.

What We Don't Collect

Presence Witness does not collect, store, or transmit:

Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Location data
Usage analytics
Device identifiers
Crash reports
Any data whatsoever to our servers

No Third-Party Services

Presence Witness does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. There are no SDKs collecting data in the background. The app contains no code that sends your information anywhere.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

Uninstalling the app removes all your data
You can clear your history within the app
We cannot delete your data because we don't have access to it

Children's Privacy

Presence Witness is suitable for users of all ages. Since we collect no data and all information stays on the device, there are no privacy concerns specific to children.

If we ever change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Our commitment to keeping your data local and private will not change.
